Benedictine University's Corbin Gett and Mateo Salceda have been named the Midwest Lacrosse Conference offensive and defensive players of the week for events of Feb. 19-25, as selected by the league's sports information directors.

Gett (Northfield, Minn.) scored three goals and added four assists to notch seven points in a home-opening victory over the University of Dubuque. The senior forward also added eight groundballs as he scored on all three shots on goal.

Salceda (Delafield, Wis.) won 17-of-20 faceoffs in the win over Dubuque. The freshman midfielder tacked on 10 groundballs as Benedictine scored a 14-3 win.
