MSOE's Clay Gustafson and Concordia University Wisconsin's Garrett Wohlford have been named the Midwest Lacrosse Conference offensive and defensive players of the week for events of March 19-25, as selected by the league's sports information directors.
Gustafson (Suamico, Wis.) had a team-high eight points on four goals and four assists at Olivet College as the senior became first MSOE player to surpass 200 career points. The Raiders cruised to a 17-5 victory.
Wohlford (Rochester, Minn.) was outstanding in goal to help the Falcons earn an 11-7 nonconference victory over Carthage College. The junior had 14 saves and five ground balls in a complete-game effort.
