MLC Selects Players Of The Week For April 16-22

Concordia University Wisconsin's Jack Donnellan and Ben Gramarossa have been named the Midwest Lacrosse Conference offensive and defensive players of the week for events of April 16-22, as selected by the league's sports information directors.

Donnellan (Grayslake, Ill.) was the offensive catalyst for the Falcons last week, scoring four goals and assisting on three markers during a pair of league wins. He came up big with a hat trick (one man-up goal) and two assists against Benedictine University before accumulating two points (one goal, one assist) at Concordia University Chicago. He also had two ground balls against the Cougars.

Gramarossa (Smithtown, N.Y.) was instrumental in the Falcons two victories last week, winning 15-of-18 faceoffs. The sophomore midfielder was 12-of-15 on faceoffs and picked up three ground balls during an important home MLC win over Benedictine. He was also 3-of-3 on faceoffs and had two ground balls at Concordia Chicago.
