Cornell College freshman long stick middle Galbraith Williams (Fairfax, Va./Christ Church School) led the Rams defense during a 19-3 win over Dubuque and has been named the Midwest Lacrosse Conference Player of the Week on defense.
The freshman racked up 17 ground balls and caused two turnovers in the win as the Rams claimed the school’s first ever win in program history.
Cornell (1-0, 0-0 MLC) will return to action on Monday, March 9 at DePauw.
