WAUKESHA, WI - Concordia University earned the school's first MWLC title and will be the top seed and host of this weekend's tournament. The Falcons (11-6, 7-0 MWLC) finished the conference season with a perfect 7-0 record and enter the tourney on a three game winning streak.
Concordia will host No. 4 seed Benedictine (4-12, 3-4 MWLC) at 1:00 PM on Friday, May 1 in the first MWLC semifinal. CUW claimed a 13-0 victory over Benedictine back on March 29.
Aurora (10-6, 6-1 MWLC) earned the No. 2 seed and will play No. 3 seed Beloit (9-7, 5-2 MWLC) at 4:00 PM on Friday in the second MWLC semifinal at CUW. The Spartans slipped past the Bucs 9-8 on April 15.
The two winners will meet in the MWLC tournament championship match at 2:00 PM Saturday, May 2 at Concordia University.
