Illinois Institute of Technology's Alyssa DeLuca and Wartburg College's Laura Sinkovitz have been named the Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference offensive and defensive players of the week for events of Feb. 13-19, as selected by the league's sports information directors.

DeLuca (Wrentham, Massachusetts) was a force for the Scarlet Hawks last week, scoring six goals in each of the team's wins over Kalamazoo College and Monmouth College. She also had five ground balls, two draw controls, and four caused turnovers on the week.

Sinkovitz (York, Pennsylvania) recorded 60 shutout minutes at the net for the Knights in the rookie's first collegiate games. She did not allow a shot on goal in the second half against Northland College.
