Illinois Institute of Technology's Madison Meredith and Concordia University Wisconsin's Ellie Woodman have been named the Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference offensive and defensive players of the week for events of April 3-9, as selected by the league's sports information directors.

Meredith (Allen, Texas) scored nine goals with nine draw controls and five assists on the week as the Scarlet Hawks picked up wins against Benedictine University and the University of Dallas.

Woodman (Janesville, Wisconsin) helped the Falcons win a pair of league games this past week to stay near the top of the standings. The sophomore had a career-high five caused turnovers, to go along with five ground balls in a weather-ridden road win at Aurora University. Woodman then recorded four caused turnovers and a career-best nine ground balls during a crucial home victory against Hamline University.
