Kaitlyn Kutsch, Loras College

Loras College junior midfielder Kaitlyn Kutsch (Dubuque, Iowa/Wahlert Catholic) led the Duhawks offense during a 0-2 start on the season and has been named the Midwest Women’s Lacrosse Conference Player of the Week on offense. 

The junior scored six goals, added nine ground balls, and won 13 draw controls during the week of play. 

Kutsch scored two goals with two ground balls and 10 draw controls in a 24-3 loss to Carthage and added four goals with seven ground balls and four caused turnovers in a 22-9 loss at Augsburg Sunday. 

For the week, Kutsch averaged 3.0 goals, 4.5 ground balls, and 6.5 draw controls per game. 

Loras (0-2, 0-0 MWLC) will return to action on March 21 at Carroll.
