Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 The Carthage College men's lacrosse team (14-3, 4-0 College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin) swept a Wednesday, April 22 doubleheader at Carroll University's Schneider Stadium in Waukesha, Wis.  Carthage defeated non-conference opponent Beloit College (5-7), 12-6, before swamping CCIW-opponent Carroll (Wis., 0-5, 0-5 CCIW), 20-0, in the second game.
 
In the win over Beloit, Carthage led, 4-1, after the first period, 8-2 at halftime and 10-2 going into the final period.  Jared Ferrell (Jr., Trabuco Canyon, Calif./El Toro) scored five goals for the Red Men and Billy Lane (So., Centennial, Colo./Kent Denver) four goals.  Matt Kelly led the Buccaneers with three goals.

In the Carroll (Wis.) contest, Carthage led, 6-0, after the first period, 10-0, at halftime and 15-0 going into the final period.  Dylan Harris (Fr., Carlsbad, Calif.) led the Red Men with four goals, one assist and one ground ball, while Luke Seydel (Fr., San Diego, Calif./Westview) had three goals and five assists.
 
Carthage concludes its regular-season schedule on Saturday, April 25 by playing host to CCIW-opponent Augustana College (Ill., 12-3, 4-0 CCIW)) in a 4 p.m. game at Art Keller Field in Kenosha, Wis.
