WAUKESHA, WI - The Concordia University (Wis.) men's lacrosse team earned its first win of the 2016 season, beating Olivet 12-10 Saturday.  The Falcons scored a pair of fourth quarter goals to claim the road win.

Offensively, senior attacker Marino Best (Nanaimo, British Columbia/Wellington) scored four goals and added an assist. Best provided the assist on the go ahead goal with eight minutes remaining in the contest.  He added his fourth and final goal with 3:22 remaining to help put the game out of reach.

Senior midfielder Danny Bundra (Lake Zurich, Ill./H.S.) anchored the Falcons defense, finishing 19-for-26 (73.0%) on face with seven ground balls in the win over the Comets.

Concordia (1-1, 0-0 MLC) will return to action at home Saturday against Augustana.

In other action...

Aurora University (3-0, 0-0 MLC) remained perfect on the season, beating Adrian 19-2 Saturday. The Spartans held a 15-0 lead before surrendering a goal late in the third quarter.
