Aurora University's Bailey Smith and Tyler Lombardi have been named the Midwest Lacrosse Conference offensive and defensive players of the week for events of March 27-April 2, as selected by the league's sports information directors.

Smith (Northbrook, Illinois) led the Spartans to a 2-0 week with a 14-5 win over Albion College 14-5 and a 25-3 win at Cornell College. The senior had 10 goals and three assists on the week.

Lombardi (Poway, California) collected both wins at goal for Aurora on the week. The sophomore goalkeeper had a 3.67 goals against average in the two games, picking up nine saves and three ground balls in over 80 minutes of action.
