MINNEAPOLIS --The Midwest Lacrosse Conference (MLC) conference tournament championship will feature top-seed Northwestern and second-seed Monmouth Saturday, May 8 at 4 p.m.

The Scots advanced to the championship in the 14-6 semifinal win over No. 3 Cornell Wednesday.

This will be the first appearance in the title game for both programs. The Eagles claimed both regular season meetings.
