MINNEAPOLIS --The Midwest Lacrosse Conference (MLC) conference tournament championship will feature top-seed Dubuque and second-seed Lake Forest Saturday, May 7 in Dubuque, Iowa. Game time is yet to be announced. 

The Spartans advanced to the championship in the 6-4 semifinal win over No. 4 Northwestern Wednesday. The Foresters defeated Cornell 12-6 in the other semifinal matchup.

This will be the first appearance in the title game for both programs, as 2022 marks the first year of membership for both schools. Dubuque claimed the regular season meeting 16-4 on April 9.
