MOUNT VERNON, Iowa— Cornell College's Justin Howe was named to the First-Team Academic All-District, as announced by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA.)
The 2021-22 Academic All-District® At-Large Teams, selected by CoSIDA, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.
First-team Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CoSIDA Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced in June.
He is the seventh honoree in MLC history, and first since 2020.
Howe is an engineering major with a 3.98 GPA.
