MINNEAPOLIS—  The University of Dubuque's Ryan Doyle was named an Honorable Mention All-American by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA), the national announced today.

Players were nominated by their coach and then voted on by the All-American committee.

Doyle was named the Midwest Lacrosse Conference (MLC) Defenseman and Rookie of the Year for the 2022 season. He also led the country in caused turnovers/game.

The Spartans swept the MLC regular season and conference tournament titles in their inaugural season in the league.

Doyle is the seventh Honorable Mention All-American selection in MLC history, and first since 2019.
