MINNEAPOLIS—  The University of Dubuque's Ryan Doyle was one of three defensemen in region 5 named Honorable Mention All-Region by the Intercollegiate Men's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IMLCA), the national announced today. He was the only selection across all positions for MLC members.

Doyle was previously named the Midwest Lacrosse Conference (MLC) Defenseman and Rookie of the Year. He also led the country in caused turnovers/game.

The Spartans swept the MLC regular season and conference tournament titles in their inaugural season in the league.

Doyle is the fourth honorable mention honoree in MLC history, and first since 2017.
