Cornell’s Howe Named CoSIDA Academic All-America

MOUNT VERNON, Iowa— Cornell College's Justin Howe was named to the Third-Team Academic All-America, as announced by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA.)

The 2021-22 Academic All-America At-Large Teams, selected by CoSIDA, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.

He is the fourth honoree in MLC history, and first since 2018.

Howe is an engineering major with a 3.98 GPA.

The MLC is comprised of NCAA Division III institutions located throughout the Midwest including Cornell (Mt. Vernon, Iowa), Dubuque (Dubuque, Iowa), Lake Forest (Lake Forest, Ill.), Monmouth (Monmouth, Ill.), North Central (Minneapolis, Minn.), Northland (Ashland, Wis.), and Northwestern (St. Paul, Minn.).
