The four teams for the 2018 Midwest Women's Lacrosse Tournament have clinched their spots and the seeding is set for the weekend's semifinals and final.
Hamline University (13-4, 11-0 MWLC) won its first regular-season title, earned the No. 1 seed and right to host the conference tournament.
Augsburg University (12-4, 10-1) secured the No. 2 seed while Concordia University Wisconsin (10-6, 9-2) earned the No. 3 seed and Aurora University (10-7, 7-4) drew the No. 4 seed.
The top-seeded Pipers will host Aurora in the first semifinal, Friday, May 4 at 11 a.m., followed by the second semifinal which pits Augsburg and CUW at 2 p.m.
The tournament final is at 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 5, also at Klas Field in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
The tournament champion is the MWLC's automatic qualifier in the NCAA Division III Women's Lacrosse Championship Tournament.
