Hamline University learned of its NCAA Tournament fate as the 2019 NCAA Division III Women's Lacrosse Championship bracket was unveiled late Sunday evening.
Champions of the Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference Tournament and the regular season, the Pipers (18-1) earned the league's automatic bid for the third straight season.
HU will face Rhodes College (13-3) Saturday at Tucci Stadium in Bloomington, Ill., at 1 p.m. in the first round of the championship tournament.
The winner will advance to play host Illinois Wesleyan University Sunday at 1 p.m. in the second round.
