Loras College's Olivia Flynn and Concordia University Chicago's Ryan McGee have been named the Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference offensive and defensive players of the week for events of March 9-15, as selected by the league's sports information directors.

Flynn (Apple Valley, Minn.) led the team with six goals, four draw controls, three caused turnovers and eight ground balls against Augustana College Wednesday. The senior midfielder went 1-1 on free-position shots and played a full-field effort in the Duhawks' 13-12 overtime win.

McGee (Chicago, Ill.) matched her career-high in saves, leading the Cougars to their fifth win of the season which preserved their 5-0 undefeated record. The rookie goalkeeper tallied five saves and allowed just a pair of goals in CUC's 18-2 victory at Hollins University Wednesday.
