Benedictine University junior midfielder Eric Orndorf (Channahon, Ill./Minooka) helped the Eagles continue a school record win streak with a pair of wins last week and has been named the Midwest Lacrosse Conference Player of the Week on offense.
The junior scored three goals as Benedictine recorded its first ever win over Concordia University, rallying for an 8-7 win. Orndorf scored all three of his goals in the fourth quarter to help tie the game against the Falcons.
The Channahon, Illinois native scored two goals and added an assist with two groundballs in a 14-8 win over Beloit on Saturday, stretching the team’s win streak to seven-straight.
Benedictine (9-2, 4-0 MLC) will host Elmhurst and Hanover in non-conference action this week.
