Concordia University junior midfielder Danny Bundra (Lake Zurich, Ill./H.S.) led the Falcons to a pair of MLC wins last week and has been named the Midwest Lacrosse Conference Player of the Week on defense.
The junior tallied 10 ground balls and one caused turnover in a 14-5 win over MSOE and 13 ground balls in a 26-6 win over Fontbonne.
For the week, Bundra won 37 of his 43 face-offs (86%) and totaled 23 ground balls to anchor the Falcons defensive effort.
Concordia (7-5, 3-1 MLC) will travel to Aurora for a 4PM match Wednesday and will cap off the week at home against Dallas Saturday.
