MINNEAPOLIS --The four teams for the 2021 Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference (MWLC) Tournament have been finalized.

Hamline University (7-4 overall, 5-0 MWLC) won the league title for the third-straight season to earn the top seed for the tournament. The Pipers, who have won the past three tournament titles, will host fourth-seeded Loras (6-5, 3-3) in a semifinal Wednesday, April 28 at 6 p.m. The Duhawks are making their first appearance in the tournament.  

Augsburg (5-5, 5-1) has earned the second seed and will host Northwestern (5-4, 4-2) in the other semifinal Wednesday at 7 p.m. This marks the fifth-straight year the Auggies have qualified for the tournament. The third-seeded Eagles are also making their debut in the conference tournament.

The two semifinal winners will meet Saturday, May 1 in the MWLC tournament final at the highest remaining seed. Game time will be announced. 

The tournament champion is the MWLC's automatic qualifier in the NCAA Division III Women's Lacrosse Championship Tournament.
