Aurora University sophomore midfield Andrea Colford (Eden Prairie, Minn./H.S.) led the Spartans to a 2-1 mark during the week and has been named the Midwest Women’s Lacrosse Conference Player of the Week on offense.
The sophomore scored seven goals in AU’s 19-12 win over Augsburg, netted three goals with one assist in a 13-10 league win over Benedictine and found the back of the net twice during a 12-11 loss to Hamline.
For the week, Colford scored 12 goals with one assist, 12 draw controls, six ground balls and seven caused turnovers.
Aurora (9-7, 7-1 MWLC) will close the regular season schedule at Illinois Tech Saturday.
