Cornell College freshman midfielder Carlos Siguenza (Minneapolis, Minn./St. Louis Park) led the Rams to the program’s first ever win and has been named the Midwest Lacrosse Conference Player of the Week on offense.
The freshman scored four goals, on eight shot attempts, and added three assists, eight ground balls, and went 16-for-22 on face-off attempts as the Rams beat Dubuque 19-3.
Cornell (1-0, 0-0 MLC) will return to action on Monday, March 9 at DePauw.
