Benedictine University junior midfielder Rudy Berg (Milwaukee, Wis./Marquette) led the Eagles to 14-7 win over Olivet and has been named the Midwest Lacrosse Conference Player of the Week on defense.
The junior won 14 face-offs, recorded a team-high nine ground balls, and caused four turnovers as the Eagles posted their second win of the season.
Benedictine (2-1, 0-0 MLC) will return to action on Wednesday at Augustana.
