Beloit College sophomore midfielder Libby Storrick (Coon Rapids, Minn./H.S.) led the Buccaneers to wins over Hilbert and Mount St. Joseph last week and has been named the Midwest Women’s Lacrosse Conference Player of the Week on offense.
The sophomore scored four goals with two assists in a 17-4 win over Hilbert and added five goals with an assist in a 17-14 conference win over Mount St. Joseph. Storrick also netted four goals in a 15-6 setback to Ohio Wesleyan.
For the week, Storrick netted 13 goals with three assists, posting a shots on goal shooting percentage of 81.3%.
Beloit (3-1, 1-0 MWLC) is scheduled to face Otterbein, North Central, and Albion this week.
