Carthage College senior attacker Danny Morse (O’Fallon, Ill./Township) led the Red Men offensive effort in a pair of wins and has been named the Midwest Lacrosse Conference Player of the Week on offense.
The senior scored two goals and added seven assists in a 22-3 win over Fontbonne to open the conference schedule. Morse added two goals and three assists in a 19-0 win against Rockhurst on Sunday.
The senior passed the 200 point mark in his career and now sits with 213 career points, ranking third in the NCAA across all three divisions.
Carthage (4-1, 1-0 MLC) will travel to MSOE on Thursday and will return home for a matchup with DePauw Saturday afternoon.
