Aurora University senior attacker Garrett Rosiek (Blue Bell, Penn./ WissAhickon) led the Spartans to a pair of wins during the week and has been named the Midwest Lacrosse Conference Player of the Week on offense.
The senior scored four goals with five assists, three ground balls, and one caused turnover in a 20-4 win over Cornell College, locking up a spot in the upcoming MLC tournament. Rosiek added three goals and three assists in a 12-9 non-conference win over Augustana Saturday.
For the week, the senior scored seven goals with eight assists, three ground balls, and one caused turnover.
Aurora (9-6, 4-0 MLC) will play host to Concordia University and Wittenberg this week.
