Beloit College junior attacker Aidan Whinnery (Middleton, Wis./H.S.) led the Bucs to a pair of wins during the week and has been named the Midwest Lacrosse Conference Player of the Week on offense.
The junior scored seven goals with five assists, one ground ball, and one caused turnover in a 21-7 win over Fontbonne and added three goals, one assist, and two ground balls in a 22-2 victory over Dubuque.
For the week, Whinnery totaled 10 goals and six assists to lead the Bucs offense.
Beloit (5-6, 3-3 MLC) has secured the No. 4 seed in the upcoming MLC tournament and will finish the regular season against Carthage on Wednesday.
